How to Register
Registration can be submitted by completing the online form. Registration must be completed by Friday 26 February 2021 to take advantage of the Early Bird Rate.
Registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

*To be eligible for the student rates you must be a current student enrolled on a full-time basis. Evidence of your current enrolment status must be presented onsite when you collect your registration.

A ticket to the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner is included with a full registration. Please indicate your attendance at the time of registration to assist with catering. Additional guest tickets can be purchased through the registration form.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Deadline: Thursday 18 February 2021
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by Thursday 18 February 2021 will result in a full refund less AUD150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Thursday 18 February 2021 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after Thursday 18 February 2021 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The Organising Committee reserves final decision on a case by case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Australia does not constitute a refund. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
